FULL MEMBER
- Full members are Hong Kong legal practitioners with a current practising certificate.
- Associate members who has newly obtained a practicing certificate in Hong Kong can be upgraded to Full Membership.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER
- Associate Membership is available for:
Non-practising Hong Kong lawyers, Hong Kong Law Society registered foreign lawyers, Barristers and Solicitors of other common law jurisdictions. Lawyers of the PRC.
Legal Academics,Registered Patent Attorneys, Legal Executives, accredited Mediators, and Corporate Lawyers not currently holding a valid practicing certificate in Hong Kong.
- Students who has successfully completed a law degree can be upgrade to Associate Membership.
STUDENT MEMBER
- Student membership is available to all those studying a Legal Qualification either a Bachelor of Laws (or its equivalent) or any postgraduate law degree.
- Students who has successfully completed a law degree can be upgrade to Associate Membership.
