Mr. Alan Zhao obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 and his E-Master of Business Administration from the Singapore Management University in 1997.

He is an expert in the law governing the activities of overseas non-governmental organizations within China and participated in the establishment of China’s first Overseas Non-Governmental Organizations Development Service Center. Currently, he serves as a senior consultant for several professional institutions, including Beijing Hengda Law Firm, and maintains good relationships with relevant judicial and law enforcement departments in China.
